Our founder Victor Whyte saw a gap in the market for a more efficient guttering system for farm building and over a span of ten years made machinery to make new innovative systems with less material and less joints therefore making it more efficient for the shed erectors for installing gutters.

For many years we were the only manufacturers of these gutters until the sector grew and more competitors entered the market.

Custom Solutions for Agricultural Construction

Our guttering systems were the first in the industry to be the same length as the bay of a shed. Therefore the brackets could be attached to the timber before being attached to the building, this saved the need to cut gutters to make them fit and easier when installing on a ladder.

Our founder Victor Whyte not only reinvented the gutter system for farm buildings but designed machinery to carry out the fabrication processed more efficiently. Creating machines that formed, folded and punched all in one process was the key to creating a more efficient production and meeting increased demand for the products.

Aluminium Cills

We manufacture Aluminium Powder Coated or Anodised Cills for weathering at the bottom of windows and curtain walling.

Acoustic Systems

If you have a problem with nuisance noise transfer Eliteform manufacture a system that can dramatically reduce the amount of noise transferred, ideal for use in plant rooms, factories, stadiums, nightclubs and concert venues.

Bullnose Flashings

Bullnose is the term given to a curved fascia on a building, the fascia will generally be a semi circular or an aerofoil shape and is used to create a feature on the roof edges that will stand out on a building.

Fascia & Soffit Systems

Gutter Systems

We manufacture many different gutter systems to suit every kind of building. Depending on the building the rainwater system can be hidden within the building structure or it can be exposed on the façade of the building.

Insulated Gutters

We manufacture membrane coated Insulated Gutters consisting of a PVC membrane lined weather skin with PIR rigid insulation and a steel internal liner sheet.

Louvers

We manufacture louvers from coated metals of various colours and plain or powder coated aluminium. Various sizes up to a maximum of 3mx2m in a single frame, multiples can be added together to create a bank of louvers.

Special Flashings

Cladded buildings require specially made flashings to close off and make weather tight areas in a building where the main roof or wall cladding cannot form such eaves, soffits, door and window openings. etc.
